Thankfully, it's almost a very exciting time of year for us at Sanctuary Yoga & Mindfulness! Our 200-Hour Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher Training & Empowerment Program is coming up THIS September(15th!) - and if you haven't applied to the program yet, don't stress: there's still time to do so.

Whether this is your first time hearing about our program, or you've been mulling over taking the leap, we want you to know - this is truly a one-of-a-kind, inspiring, thorough & effective program designed to bring empowerment to your body, clarity to your mind and expansion to your heart. This compelling and unique experience is led by master teachers, Kilkenny Tremblay (E-RYT 500) who has over 37 years of experience as a practitioner and over a decade leading teacher trainings, and Andrea Barberio (E-RYT 500) who has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and many years of practicing and teaching. It will meet you where you are, help you redefine where you want to be, and offer you active tools and experiences to achieve your goals as you deepen your relationship and knowledge with the art and science of yoga, mindfulness and their practices.

The 200-hour program is suitable for individuals wanting to become certified yoga teachers who will learn the key skills needed to lead outstanding yoga classes; for individuals who NEVER want to teach yoga but want to become deeply established in the knowledge and practices of yoga and mindfulness; for teachers who have already completed a teacher training program but are looking to develop & expand both their authentic teaching voice and their arsenal of teaching tools; or for individuals seeking to simply “share” yoga with loved ones. It is also appropriate for professionals such as doctors, lawyers, teachers of all kinds, executives, and leaders, who love yoga and want to refine their public speaking and overall confidence.
