Even though we are in the dog days of summer, fall IS just around the corner and local folks should mark their calendar for this incredibly uplifting yoga event! Join Kilkenny, who will be presenting her nationally well received workshop, “Mindful Me: The Art of Attention” on Saturday, October 26th 9-10:30pm! 

The Philadelphia yoga community celebrates 11 seasons of unity and wellness through the Namas Day Yoga Festival.  Located at the lovely WHYY building on Independence Mall, this one-day event features a full schedule of yoga programming, a wellness marketplace and local food trucks.

Namas Day offers something for everyone, from the serious yoga practitioner to the wellness enthusiast:

• Curious yoga students can register for a full day of yoga workshops with some of the best teachers in the area and some guest teachers from out-of-town 

• Yoga Teachers have the opportunity to earn Yoga Alliance continuing education credits and learn new skills for their own teaching

• EVERYONE can enjoy the free samples and healthy food trucks throughout the Marketplace, where registration is not required. 

Continuing to go strong, Namas Day offers our community a place to share positive energy together. Start off the day in opening meditation. Take your shoes off (literally for yoga class!), soak in the learnings, and be at ease for a day.
