“The 500 hour teacher training program is a great experience. The opportunity to learn more about anatomy, sequencing, yoga history and philosophy has helped me grow a lot as a teacher and as a yogi.  I love being in the middle of a continuing conversation about yoga with a great group of people. find myself challenged and supported to find meaning in the practices and to find ways to share the practices with others. The whole process- from teacher training weekends to homework and practice in between weekends- keeps firing up my inner yoga geek." - Ira,  500 Hr. Teacher Training Graduate
